刘午牛，男，汉族，中共党员，1997年4月生，陕西榆林横山人。2019年7月—2022年9月在陕西师范大学人工智能与计算机学院计算机攻读应用技术硕士学位，2022年9月—2026年7月在陕西师范大学数学与统计学院攻读应用数学博士学位。2026年7月入职榆林大学信息工程学院任教，同月挂职榆林市科技局担任榆林市“人工智能+”产业链专家智库成员。入选首批中国科协青年人才托举工程博士生专项计划，以第一作者身份在《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence》、《Chinese Journal of Electronics》 等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文10余篇，其中IEEE trans系列期刊发表4篇，总影响因子60+，H指数7，总引用次数150+。担任中科院一区top期刊《Research》AE，担任IEEE T-FS、T-SMC、T-ETCI、T-Cyber、T-IV期刊审稿人。曾获博士研究生国家奖学金、海亮卓越奖学金、陕西省研究生创新成果奖高质量成果二等奖、陕西师范大学五四青年荣誉奖章，研究生年度人物等荣誉。

    主要研究方向为计算智能、大模型与智能体、机器学习、模糊理论、量子信息和量子计算。目前负责《智能体开发与应用》课程教学工作。
